We truly value your trust in us, and to ensure fairness for both our clients and our stylists (who reserve time just for you), we’ve created a simple, transparent cancellation policy.

1. 24-Hour Notice, Please
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least **24 hours’ notice**.
This gives us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client and helps our team plan their day with care and intention.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with **less than 24 hours’ notice** will incur a fee of **50% of the scheduled service cost**.
This helps us honour the time, skill, and preparation our stylists dedicated to your booking.
3. No-Shows
If you don’t attend your appointment and haven’t contacted us in advance, the full service cost (**100%**) will be charged.
We hold your time as sacred—and we ask that you do the same for ours.
4. Rescheduling Is Easy!
Need to move your appointment? We’re happy to help!
Just let us know **at least 24 hours ahead**, and we’ll find a new time that works—subject to availability.
5. We Understand—Life Happens
Genuine emergencies—like sudden illness or urgent family matters—are always considered with compassion.
If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as you can.
We’ll do our best to support you on a case-by-case basis.
6. Prepaid Services & Gift Cards
If you’ve purchased a package, prepaid service, or received a gift card, please note:
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows will result in the **forfeiture of that session or credit**.
These are non-refundable and non-transferable in such cases, as your spot was held exclusively for you.
