1. When Refunds or Adjustments Apply



At Honeycomb House of Hair, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.

Services: If you’re unhappy with a service, please reach out within **48 hours** of your appointment. We’ll listen, understand, and work with you to find a fair resolution—whether that’s a complimentary redo, a partial refund, or another thoughtful solution.

Products: Unused, unopened products purchased from our salon can be returned for a **full refund within 60 days** of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact.

2. Non-Refundable Items



To ensure fairness for our small team and sustainable operations, the following are not eligible for refunds:

• Services completed without concern raised during the 48-hour window.

• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase.

• Gift vouchers, prepaid service packages, or promotional offers.

• Custom or time-sensitive bookings, such as bridal styling, special occasion services, or bespoke colour formulations.

3. How to Request a Refund



We make the process simple and respectful:

2. Share your booking confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.

3. For product returns, we’ll send a prepaid return label once your request is approved—no extra cost to you.

Service adjustments (like redos or partial refunds) are arranged directly with your stylist or manager within 1–2 business days of your request.

Product refunds are processed within **5–7 business days** after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

5. Special Circumstances



We always consider the human side of every situation.

If you experience an allergic reaction, unexpected result, or other unforeseen issue, please let us know immediately.
